Continuing Education. Standard Electrical supports employee growth by sponsoring employee’s enrollment in the Vermont State apprenticeship program in order to expand their knowledge of the trade and eventually become a fully licensed Journeyman or Master electrician. We offer additional training for job specific tasks such as VFD programming, high voltage splicing and terminations, powder actuated tools and lighting control startup and programming. We are open to any additional training our employees require or wish to pursue to advance our team above the competition.
